Going to the Ice crown Glacier is likely going to be suicidal, especially if you don't have an army to back you up. Not only will you have to face the might of the Scourge, at the end of the glacier is the Lich King's throne. So unless you're pretty confident about your skills and powers, then avoiding the Wrath of the Lich King Ice crown Glacier zone is the best thing to do.
