Regrowth spell really shines with the Regrowth Glyph. You 2moons gold can spam this baby and heal a tank from 1%-100% in a matter of 3 GCD's. Be sure to watch your mana, it can steal it like golum and that ring from that movie Frodo and his "Partner". For our part, Nourish spell would be amazing, in particular, with the 4 piece effect but it is just overshadowed by regrowth. It is a faster cast time, and lower mana cost, but the fact that you have to have every hot up on the target to make it effective, really we don't see it as viable as regrowth. We will have to research this further.
